Our specialty, Genshiyaki, is one of the traditional cooking methods that has been handed down in Japan for a long time.By slowly cooking the ingredients using far-infrared radiation from a long distance, excess moisture is removed and the natural flavor of the ingredients is locked in.The outside is crispy and the inside is juicy and full of flavour.*Please allow approximately 30 minutes for cooking.
